The staff is very friendly, and Faik at the reception was extremely helpful with everything we needed. His assistance made our vacation much more enjoyable. I originally planned to stay at the hotel for five days, but I ended up staying for three weeks.

Nice rooms, was able to check in late, easy to find when arriving with a tram from an airport to Muratpasa stop - just go straight the main road and turn left once. They also have a Spa, few saunas

Ring Downtown is a standard room and excellent breakfast kind of hotel for an even better price. You won't write home about the amenities or gorgeous room but for the price and what you get it's a gem. Would stay there again.

If you are staying at a hotel in Antalya, I think the most important thing to consider is air conditioning. It is very difficult to do without air conditioning, and the air conditioning in our room was working efficiently. We were very pleased. This is an option for us in the summer. Thanks to Mr. Mahmut, who made us feel comfortable with his smiling face and warmth.

The service provided from the moment you first enter the hotel is really sincere and genuine. The hotel is generally clean, the rooms are very spacious, the toiletries, towels and snack products are very nice and plenty, which is a nice feature. The breakfast is quite sufficient and has a rich menu. You can choose it with peace of mind, thank you to Mr. Mahmut for his help.

First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Mahmut, who took care of us. I have never seen such an open-communication, energetic staff who gives even the smallest details to his customers without skipping and who works to satisfy each and every customer without skipping a beat. I had the best time ever at this hotel. The location was perfect and the breakfast was really good with lots of food options. The staff were incredibly friendly and a special thank you to Eylem. She was so helpful, super friendly and one of the nicest receptionist ever. She made sure everything for me and my family was perfect and always went above and beyond for us. She was super helpful and helped us with so many places to visit and always made sure we had everything we need. Eylem made the stay amazing and made my time at the hotel so perfect. I already miss the hotel so much and will definitely stay at this hotel when I come back to Antalya. Also wanted to say thank you to Ugur who was really friendly and helpful. He also made sure we felt comfortable and would always bring whatever we needed. Overall, I had an amazing experience at this hotel and I cannot wait to come back. Eylem and Ugur really made the stay special and super welcoming. Thank you for everything.
